Presentation# 5

Alexa’s theme was Independent Publisher2. Perfect for just straight blogging or a client who’s into posts directly on the home page. seems minimalistic to me but I can see why developers or clients may be drawn to it. Indeed it looks quite professional.

So the widgets were three fold. She chose a search bar widget for looking up her past posts, a link widget to link to her sites or wherever she’d want to link you and finally a calendar widget to keep track of what she’s been up to or see her future important dates. These are all options that I think any client with a basic knowledge of the web would like.

The plug in was one called Write Share which is a plugin where you can publicly share your writings, edit them in many ways and format in different ways. Maybe good for clients who are aspiring writers or those who are daily bloggers.
